At HypnoEase, our mission is to help you achieve deep, restorative sleep through clinically designed self-hypnosis programs. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our refund terms are slightly different from those of physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.
SECTION 1 - Digital Nature of Our Products
When you purchase HypnoEase audios, you gain immediate access to licensed, downloadable and streaming content. As with most digital goods, such access is normally non-refundable. However, we want you to feel fully confident when starting your journey with us. That’s why we offer a unique 30-day satisfaction guarantee, provided that you engage with the program as intended.
SECTION 2 - Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the effectiveness of HypnoEase. Research shows it takes 21 days to build a new habit. For this reason, we ask that you commit to at least one session per day for 21 consecutive days.
If, after this consistent practice, you feel no improvement in your sleep or well-being, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked.
SECTION 3 - Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, you must:
- Submit your request within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Provide your order number / proof of purchase.
- Confirm that you have completed a minimum of 21 daily sessions during the 30-day period.
Requests that do not meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be honored, as the guarantee is designed for committed participants only.
SECTION 4 - How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@try-hypnoease.com with the subject line Refund Request – [Your Order Number].
- Include your order details and confirmation that you completed 21 daily sessions.
- Our support team will review your request within 2–5 business days.
Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, processing may take an additional 5–10 business days.
SECTION 5 - Important Notes
- Refunds are limited to one request per customer.
- Discounted products, bundles, or promotional offers may not be eligible for a refund.
- As our content is digital, there is no need to return any product.
- Abuse of the guarantee (multiple purchases and refund claims, fraudulent use, etc.) may result in denial of service.
SECTION 6 - Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
